Patagonia Fund is a Dallas-based owner and operator of apartment communities that invests in and develops opportunities within the urban core of fast growing Texan’s cities. Operating as a real estate investment fund, Patagonia engages in the acquisition, ownership, management and redevelopment of apartment communities in central city areas.

Texan’s communities are in transition. Urban redevelopment is expected to grow at an unprecedented high rate while more sophisticated homeowners are seeking a higher quality of life, close to work, shopping, entertainment and public transit. Patagonia’s vision is to service this niche, by acquiring land and distressed multi-family apartment buildings and developing them into state-of-the-art luxury condominiums and town homes.
